In the summer as well as in the winter the morning sun welcomes you to the breakfast table.

The holiday apartment “Birke” for up to 7 persons offers a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms (3 double rooms with 3 bathrooms, shower, toilet and three balconies). There is the possibility of adding an additional bed. The apartment offers 90 m² of living space. The Zirmzimmer (Pine Room) with a small kitchenette and a private entrance is ideal for 2 persons and can also be rented out separately. You will be mesmerised by the scent of stone pine wood.

The apartment has a large living room with kitchenette, a day toilet, and a large winter garden with 16 m².

From the apartment you’ll enjoy a splendid view of our farm life, the southern Isarco Valley, Bressanone and the Dolomites.

A quaint, internal staircase connects the living room with the two bedrooms and the bathroom. (One double and one twin room, where it is possible to add an extra bed). The “Cuddle Corner” is a popular place especially for children.

The wood of the stone pine is one of the most beautiful symbols of our alpine landscape. It is light, warm, and beautifully ornamented with its dark holes in the wood. Anyone who sleeps in a stone pine room knows that they are in the South Tyrolean mountains and that the natural way of life lives in the same room. Our holiday apartments are all named after the types of wood that characterize our region. And all these trees grow around our house. In the holiday apartment “Birke,” too, an entire room is furnished with pine. The precious wood creates a unique feel-good ambiance. You will notice that it feels wonderful and with a fleeting touch you immediately come into contact with the genuine nature of the Isarco Valley. The “Zirmzimmer” is part of the apartment Birke but can be booked for 2 persons, as it has a private entrance. There is a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony, the view is directed south to the inner yard.
